Anyone Can Speak and Read Ukrainian or Russian. To avoid misunderstanding in the process of communication in another language, one should be familiar with the historical background of that language and culture. Ukrainian language has a great history, and is very challenging to learn. This is research about Romanization/Transliteration that enables English speakers to pronounce Russian/Ukrainian words.
